It is such an amazing act of love and grace with we do not desire.

8but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Verses 18-21 really hit me because I realized why Jesus dies on the cross and why that saved us. Verses 19 especially shows us this. One man's disobedience (Adam) put man into sin, but one man's obedience (Jesus) put man into righteousness and that righteousness leads us to the Lord!

18Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men. 19For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous. 20Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, 21so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.Joe Hinklehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11046530644718230784noreply@blogger.com
